The topics of the coaching session included: brain- based coaching  and neuro leadership – transforming inside. The Stakes Model was used as foundation for the coaching session. STAKES stands for:
S – Set up
T – Take stock
A – Aim
K – Keep exploring
E – Energy drives action
S- Strong completion
The \”STAKES\” Model was used to brainstorm for the NRWA launch that will take place in October 2016. We set up vision and positive energy to drive the launch. We focused on the following questions in brainstorming for the launch: How NRWA would like to see the event : What\’s excellent – in place? What is difficult? What needs to be strengthen?
We ended the session with exploring options and ideas for the launch – What will make it very special? What will be the headline the day after the event etc.
NRWA would like to express our thanks and gratitude to Monique for taking some timeout of her busy schedule and spending the day with us by offering the session. It really created a positive energy to drive RWA activities and the launch.
We are looking forward !!!!!!
Viva RWA Viva!!!!!!
